The Topshop show at London Fashion Week is often filled with celebrity faces and this year was no distinct. Amongst the celebrities in attendance was GirlsAloud’s Nicola Roberts in a white dress with black pussy bow.

Nicola carried a cream Chanel 2.55 bag. The clumpy shoes had been just awful but Nicola seemed to really like the show, Tweeting:
“The collection has offered girls everywhere a reason to appear forward to winter..”
Front row regulars Alexa Chung, Olivia Palermo, Poppy Delevingne and Pixie Geldof were also in attendance.

Alexa Chung went for a casual appear in flared jeans and a white ruffle blouse. She added an amazing navy blazer/red satchel combo.

Topshop Distinctive designer Emma Farrow is responsible for the collection which had military accents with exposed zips and enormous pockets as well as parachute straps. We were reminded that, whilst it claims to be ‘unique’ in its title, the collection itself is a high street one particular and is something but unique. We saw highlights of Victoria Beckham’s collection from AW12. The pyjama party element was practically precisely like Stella McCartney’s collection this season (I know, I saw it in Selfridges yesterday).
See our picture gallery beneath.
Leather does not seem to be going away and rollnecks (thanks to Mulberry and the gorgeous Duchess of Cambridge) are most certainly right here. Pleats were common, especially with boyfriend cardigans and hiking boots.
The a single factor that truly made us gasp in ill-disguised horror was the look of dungarees. We are not joking.
Oh and a single final factor – hair extensions are back because lengthy hair is back. I did not know it had gone out of fashion.
