you have most likely heard, it snowed in a single day in london on saturday. with that knife-cuttingly cold weather conditions spells we’ve been going through,i was very frankly anticipating a total on locked in snow storm. but meh, we had a tiny little bit of frost and slush. i guess this is what they designed by “all fart and no poo”.
even now, it helps make for a good refreshing sunday morning stroll about the neighbourhood. strangely, i did not know there was a museum three minutes from where i live.
a relatively fashionably camouflaged tree alongside the river thames. can i have a jacket in that print be sure to?
i’ve been waiting around for it to snow for the longest time so i can wear my new tretorn rain/snow boots which i bought very last summertime in new york. sure, i bought rubber boots in the summer season and needed it to snow so i can don them. and i lugged them all the way back from new york, as it is instead tough to discover tretorn boots in the United kingdom. yes, swedish boots which i couldn’t uncover in london but had to buy from across the atlantic.
effectively i like them, as they will not have chunky soles like most wellies do.
like most items, the snow isn’t going to very last. they started melting away by mid day. fleeting, but nonetheless beautiful.
