Not genuinely large on ruffles, but I cannot feel of a better time than the onset of spring to perform with them. A silk top rated works well layered with a blazer to complete off the cooler times of the period then goes solo for warm summertime nights paired with everything from linen or silk quick shorts to jeans to skirts of any duration.
