Rose McGowan wore a odd black dress for the W Journal 69th Yearly Golden World Awards Celebrations on Friday night time in LA.

We imagined that theblackhalterneck dress was quite 90s!

The gown was by Tom Ford for Gucci and had gold detailing on the centre. She wore the type fitting dress with gold and black ankle strap sandals, once more by Gucci, and a black and gold box Salvatore Ferragamo clutch bag.

The only issue we did like about Rose’s outfit was her Faraone Mennella gold snake earrings and her make-up!
